Refunds
Strictly no refunds to any competitor, regardless of situation.

Transfers
Competitors will only be allowed to transfer their entry to another participant or change their entry to another event at Brisbane Running Festival 2010. No transfers will be permitted after Friday 23 July, 2010. Please contact transfers@brisbanemarathon.com

What is in the race kit
?
Race Number, Timing Chip, Singlet and Sponsors Goodies. Please check the Race Packs page for more information.

Will you post out my race kit?
No, competitors are required to collect their race kit. Please check the Race Packs page for more information.

What is the entry fee?
Please check the Entry page for more information.

Do I need to return the race timing chip?
No, we do not require the timing chips back after use.

Can I run with a pram?
Yes, you may run with a pram. However, we ask if you can please start at the back of the race to ensure safety for your child as well as competitors.

What is the weather like in August?
Weather conditions are generally between 7 and 14 degrees with clear conditions. This is a great event for those that missed out at the Gold Coast Airport Marathon in July or who would like to have another go.

How often will drink stations be placed?
Approximately every 2kms – check the Getting Here page for more information.

Which roads will be affected by the Brisbane Running Festival?

Online registration difficulties?
Please contact us if you are having online registration difficulties.

Collecting a friend / family race pack?
Competitors are recommended to collect their own race packs. However, we do allow collection of family or friends. We require written approval for collection or alternatively the confirmation payment receipt received via email.

Singlet Sizes (ie: cm across chest, length, etc.)
Please check the Race Packs page for details on sizing for the competitor singlets.

Marathoners: Can we leave special drinks for the marathon? Marathoners only can leave special drinks which can be placed at the various aid stations. They must be dropped at registration on Saturday 31st August. The drinks must be clearly labelled with the entrant's name and which aid station (and approximate km). Please note that special drinks will not be kept refrigerated.

Will there be photographs available after the event?
